اثر تغذیه از رقم های مختلف چغندرقند بر میزان پروتئین و فعالیت آلفا-آمیلاز حشرات کامل Lixus incanescens، و مهار آنزیم با عصاره های پروتئینی تریتیکاله و چاودار

چکیده
خرطوم ­بلند چغندرقندLixus incanescens  تقریبا در تمام مزارع چغندرقند ایران انتشار دارد و خسارت شدید کمی و کیفی روی چغندرقند وارد می­ کند. در این پژوهش، تاثیر تغذیه از چهار رقم مختلف چغندرقند به ­نام­های افسوس، آناکوندا، اگریت و پرمییر روی وزن حشرات کامل، میزان پروتئین روده، فعالیت آلفا- آمیلاز روده­ای و نیز مهار آن با عصاره ­های پروتئینی بذور چاودار و تریتیکاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بیش­ترین وزن حشرات کامل (33/20 میلی­ گرم) در اثر تغذیه از رقم افسوس مشاهده شد و بین سه رقم دیگر تفاوت معنی ­داری وجود نداشت. میزان پروتئین روده و میزان فعالیت آلفا- آمیلاز روده­ ای در حشرات کامل تغذیه کرده از رقم ­های مختلف به طور معنی­ داری متفاوت بود و کم­ترین و بیش­ترین مقادیر به ترتیب در رقم پرمییر و افسوس ثبت شدند. طبق نتایج، عصاره پروتئینی تریتیکاله فعالیت آلفا- آمیلاز روده ­ای حشرات کامل تغذیه کرده از هر چهار رقم را مهار کرد و بین چهار رقم تفاوت معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد. بیش­ترین میزان مهارکنندگی (93 درصد) در حشرات کامل تغذیه کرده از رقم پرمییر دیده شد. همچنین، عصاره پروتئینی چاودار فعالیت آلفا- آمیلاز گوارشی حشرات کامل تغذیه کرده از رقم پرمییر را تا 98 درصد مهار کرد و بین سه رقم دیگر تفاوت معنی ­داری مشاهده نشد. با استناد به نتایج، مهارکننده­ های پروتئینی چاودار و تریتیکاله می­ توانند به عنوان یکی از عوامل موثر در کنترل تلفیقی این آفت مورد توجه قرار گیرند. همچنین دو رقم افسوس و پرمییر را می ­توان به ترتیب به عنوان رقم مطلوب و نامطلوب برای این آفت گزارش نمود.

Abstract
Sugar beet long snout weevil Lixus incanesncens is spread in almost all sugar beet fields in the Iran and causes economic quantitative and qualitative damage to sugar beet. In current study, the effect of four different sugar beet cultivars; Efesos, Anaconda, Aigrette and Premiere, on weight of adults, gut protein content, gut α-amylase activity and its inhibition with rye and triticale seed protein extracts were compared. The highest weight (20.33 mg) was seen in Efesos cultivar fed adults and no significant difference was recorded between the others. The gut protein content and α-amylase activity in the adults fed on different sugar beet cultivars were different significantly and the least and highest values were recorded in Premiere and Efesos, respectively. According to the results, triticale protein extracts inhibited the gut α-amylase activity of all adults fed on four sugar beet cultivars and there was no significant difference between them. The highest inhibitory rate (93%) was recorded in adults fed on Premiere. Also, the rye protein extract inhibited the Premiere fed adults digestive α-amylase activity up to 98% and no significant difference was observed between the others. Consequently, rye and triticale protein inhibitors can be considered as one of the integrated pest management factors for the control of this pest. Also, Efesos and Premiere can be reported as desirable and undesirable cultivars for this insect, respectively.
