کنترل بیولوژیک شب پره ی مینوز گوجه فرنگی Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) با استفاده از عوامل قارچی و باکتریایی بیماریزای حشرات

چکیده

چکیده
شب­پره­ی مینوز گوجه­فرنگی Tuta absoluta (Meyrick)  یکی از آفات مهم گوجه­فرنگی در ایران است. در این مطالعه، بیماریزایی جدایه­های IRAN 1395C Beauveria bassiana  و Metarhizium anisopliae IRAN 1018C و یک فرمولاسیون تجاری از باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis روی لاروهای سن دوم این آفت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش­های زیست­سنجی با روش غوطه­وری برگ در سوسپانسیون اسپور در دمای 1 ± 25 درجه­ی سانتی‌گراد و رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 70 درصد و دوره نوری 8 :16 ساعت (روشنایی به تاریکی) تحت شرایط آزمایشگاهی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که قارچ B. bassiana به صورت مجزا و نیز در ترکیب با قارچ M. anisopliae ، بیش از 80 درصد  مرگ و میر در لاروهای آفت پس از گذشت هفت روز از زمان اعمال تیمار را بوجود آورد. کمترین میزان  LT50، به ترتیب 84/35 و 25/28 ساعت، در این دو تیمار مشاهده شد. باکتری B. thuringiensis حدود 65 درصد مرگ و میر در لاروهای آفت پس از هفت روز ایجاد نمود که با مرگ و میر ایجاد شده توسط قارچ B. bassianaاز نظر آماری تفاوت معنی­داری نداشت. با این حال، جدایه IRAN 1018C  قارچ M. anisopliae به طور معنی­دار تاثیر کمتری نسبت به  جدایه­ IRAN 1395C قارچB. bassiana  و باکتری B.  thuringiensis  در کنترل لاروهای T. absoluta نشان داد.
