فون پیش استیگمایان (Prostigmata) مرتبط با شپشک‌های گیاهی (Coccoidea) در شهرستان کرمانشاه

چکیده

شپشک­های گیاهی (Coccoidea) هر ساله خسارت زیادی را به گیاهان وارد می­کنند. برخی از کنه­ها (Acari) به­عنوان یکی از اجزای مشاهده شده در اکوسیستم اطراف شپشک­ها، می­توانند جمعیت این آفات را بدون استفاده از سموم کاهش دهند. هدف از این مطالعه جمع­آوری و شناسایی برخی کنه­های پیش استیگمایان مرتبط با شپشک­ها بوده که ممکن است دارای ارتباط شکارگری با آن­ها باشند و یا از شپشک­ها به­عنوان پناهگاه استفاده کنند. بدین منظور قسمت­های آلوده به شپشک­های گیاهی، به آزمایشگاه منتقل و کنه­های مرتبط جدا شد. پس از شفاف­­سازی و تهیه اسلاید میکروسکوپی، در مجموع 12 گونه متعلق به 11 جنس از هفت خانواده از کنه­های پیش استیگما در ارتباط با 10 گونه از نه جنس و پنج خانواده از شپشک­ها به شرح زیر یافت شد. از این کنه‌ها، یک گونه اولین بار برای فون ایران گزارش می­شود که با علامت * نشان داده شده است:

Coccoidea: Eriococcidae: Acanthococcus isacanthus; Coccidae: Eulecanium tiliae, Coccus hesperidum, Saissetia oleae; Diaspididae: Diaspidiotus prunorum, Lepidosaphes malicola, Parlatoria oleae; Orthezidae: Orthezia urticae; Pseudococcidae: Planococcus citri, Planococcus vovae.

Scale insects (Coccoidea) cause lots of damages to plants every year. Some mites (Acari) as one component of the scale insect’s ecosystem, can reduce the population of these pests in case of not using pesticides. The aim of this study was to collect and identify some prostigmatic mites associated with scale insects that may have predatory relationship with scale insects or use scale insects as shelter. For this purpose, the scale insect infected parts of the host plants transferred to the laboratory and the related mites segregated. After process of clarification and slide preparation, 12 species belonging to 11 genera and seven families of Prostigmata collected and identified in association with 10 species from nine genera belonging to five families of the scale insects. Within these mites, a new record for Iranian fauna collected that showed with the asterisc (*).
