اثر قارچ کش تری فلوکسی استروبین + تبوکونازول (ناتیوو®) در کنترل بیماری لکه سیاه سیب

چکیده
اثر تری­فلوکسی­استروبین + تبوکونازول (ناتیوو® WG 75) در کنترل لکه سیاه سیب در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با پنج تیمار در طالقان، زنجان و مشکین­شهر بررسی شد. تیمارها دوزهای 2/0 و 3/0 درهزار از تری­فلوکسی­استروبین + تبوکونازول (ناتیوو®) به­عنوان قارچ­کش هدف و دوز 2/0 در­هزار از ­تری­فلوکسی­استروبین (فلینت®WG 500 ) و کرزوکسیم ­متیل (استروبی® WG 500) به­عنوان قارچ­کش­های­ مرجع همراه با شاهد بدون استفاده از قارچ­کش بودند. سم­پاشی کرت­های آزمایشی در مراحل تورم جوانه­های برگی، ریزش گلبرگ­ها و 14 روز بعد از دومین سم­پاشی، براساس الگوی چاپمن و کاتلین صورت گرفت. ارزیابی تیمارها 14 روز پس از مشاهده اولین علائم بیماری روی برگ در کرت­های آزمایشی شاهد از طریق ارزیابی شاخص شدت بیماری انجام شد. در مورد میوه­ها، ارزیابی با برآورد شاخص شدت بیماری قبل از برداشت بر اساس الگوی مارش انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که ناتیوو 2/0 و 3/0 در­هزار به­ترتیب با کاهش بیماری در برگ به­مقدار 57/97 و 92/97 درصد در آزمایشات طالقان و زنجان و 92 و 6/98 درصد در آزمایش مشکین­شهر نسبت به شاهد، دارای اثر یکسان در کنترل بیماری است. هم­چنین ارزیابی اثر تیمارها در کنترل لکه سیاه روی میوه سیب نشان داد که ناتیوو 2/0 و 3/0 در­هزار در آزمایش طالقان به­ترتیب با کاهش بیماری به­مقدار 3/96 و 5/97 درصد و در آزمایش مشکین­شهر به­ترتیب با کاهش بیماری به­مقدار 5/88 و 3/94 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد دارای اثر یکسان در کنترل بیماری هستند. این نتایج امکان استفاده از ناتیوو در تناوب با فلینت و استروبی و یا در جای­گزینی با آنها را تایید می­کنند.
