ارزیابی کارآیی قارچ‌کش مخلوط بردو و اینفینیتو در کنترل Peronospora destructor عامل بیماری سفیدک داخلی پیاز

چکیده
بیماری سفیدک داخلی ناشی از قارچ Perenospora destructor یکی از بیماری‌های مهم پیاز است. در این تحقیق کارآیی قارچ‌کش پولتیگ‌لیا بردولز (مخلوط بردو WG 20 %) به میزان سه، چهار و پنج کیلو‌گرم در هکتار و قارچ‌کش اینفینیتوSC 687.5  (فلوپیکولید+پروباموکارپ) به میزان دو لیتر در هکتار  و شاهد (بدون قارچ‌کش) برای کنترل این بیماری در آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با شش تیمار در چهار تکرار در دو منطقه‌ جیرفت و بهبهان ارزیابی شد. نتایج آزمایش در هر دومنطقه‌ نشان داد که قارچ‌کش پولتیگ‌لیا در تمامی دوزهای مورد استفاده از نظر تاثیر در کاهش شدت بیماری تفاوت معنی‌داری با شاهد دارد. بیشترین تاثیر مربوط به پولتیگ‌لیا پنج کیلوگرم در هکتار و به میزان 5/63 درصد بود. اثربخشی قارچ‌کش اینفینیتو در دو منطقه بهبهان و جیرفت به ترتیب 97/61 و 22/53 درصد محاسبه شد. مقایسه سطح زیر منحنی پیشرفت بیماری نشان داد که در تیمار شاهد با آب‌پاشی، این شاخص در بهبهان و جیرفت به ترتیب 4/21 و 1/20 واحد بر روز و درتیمار شاهد بدون آب، این شاخص 4/20 و 9/16 واحد بر روز بود که بیانگر نقش رطوبت آزاد در افزایش شدت بیماری است. در تیمار قارچ‌کش پولتیگ‌لیا پنج کیلوگرم در هکتار، شاخص سطح زیرمنحنی پیشرفت بیماری در بهبهان و جیرفت به ترتیب 6/9 و 10 بود که نشان دهنده‌ تاثیر قارچ‌کش در کاهش این شاخص است. بنابراین تیمار مذکور به میزان مصرف چهار کیلوگرم در هکتار برای کنترل این بیماری توصیه می‌گردد.

Abstract
Downy mildew caused by Perenospora destructor is one of the most important onion diseases. In this research, the efficiency of Poltiglia Bordolese (Bordeaux Mixture WG 20%) at the rate of three, four and five kg/ha and Infinito SC 687.5 (flopicolide + probamocarp) at the rate of two L/h used to control downy mildew of onion disease and compared with control. The experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with six treatments in four replications in Jiroft and Behbahan, Iran. The results indicated that, in terms of effect on reducing the severity of the disease, Poltiglia showed a significant difference in compare with control. The comparison of effectiveness of treatments showed that it was related to those of poltiglia five kg/ha which was 63.5 %. In case of Infinito fungicide which used in Behbahan and Jiroft regions, it was 61.97% and 53.22 %, respectively. The comparison of the area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) showed that in the control treatment with water spraying, this index recorded 21.4 and 20.1 unites per day in Behbahan and Jiroft respectively, and in the control treatment without water; this index was 20.4 and 16.9 per day, respectively. It indicates the role of free moisture in increasing the severity of the disease. The AUDPC index in Behbahan and Jiroft was 9.6 and 10 respectively, and belonged to the treatment of 5 kg/ha of Poltiglia fungicide. The Poltiglia fungicide at the rate of four Kg/h is recommended for controlling onion downy mildew disease.
