بهینه سازی کنترل حشرات کامل سوسک توتون Lasioderma serricorne با استفاده از اتمسفر کنترل شده در مقایسه با کاربرد قرص فستوکسین

چکیده

سوسک توتون Lasioderma serricorneبه بسیاری از محصولات انباری خسارت می‏زند. علیرغم تلاش‏ها و تحقیقات مختلف، کنترل این آفت هنوز متکی به استفاده از قرص فستوکسین است که با توسعه مقاومت بسیاری از آفات انباری در برابر آن به یک ترکیب کمتر موثر تبدیل شده است. در این تحقیق اثر حشره کشی گازهای دی اکسید کربن و نیتروژن به تنهایی و در تلفیق با هم علیه حشرات کامل سوسک توتون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تلفات بعد از 24 ساعت ثبت گردید. نتایج نشان داد که گاز نیتروژن به تنهایی فاقد اثر کشندگی قابل توجه و معنی دار روی حشرات کامل آفت است. مقدار LC50 گاز دی اکسید کربن نیز برابر با 59/2498 پی‏پی‏ام به دست آمد. در تلفیق گازهای مذکور نیز غلظت‏های 254، 381 و 508 پی‏پی‏ام از گاز نیتروژن با مقدار LC50 گاز دی اکسید کربن تلفیق داده شد. نتایج حاصل از اختلاط این دو گاز نشان داد بیشترین مقدار کشندگی گاز دی اکسید کربن در غلظت‏های پایین از گاز نیتروژن حاصل می شود. طبق نتایح حاصل از تحقیق، هزینه استفاده از قرص فستوکسین در مقایسه با گاز دی اکسید کربن برای کنترل سوسک توتون بسیار بیشتر بود. می‏توان روش برنامه ریزی خطی را به عنوان یک روش مفید برای بهینه سازی مدیریت کنترل این آفت معرفی کرد و با در نظر گرفتن هزینه پایین و اثر حشره­کشی بالای دی اکسید کربن و با بررسی کردن دیگر جوانب استفاده از آن، این فومیگانت را یک جایگزین مناسب برای فستوکسین در نظر گرفت.

The cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne damages a wide range of stored products. Despite a great deal of research, control of this pest still relies on the use of phostoxin tablets, which is becoming less effective as the insect develops resistance to this compound. In this research mortality effect of carbon dioxide and nitrogen gases evaluated individually and in combination, against adults of L. serricorne. Mortality was recorded after 24 h. Results indicated that nitrogen did not have a significant lethal effect on adults of pest. The LC50 value of carbon dioxide was estimated 2498.59 ppm. In combination tests of these gases, concentrations of 254, 381 and 508 ppm of nitrogen were combined with the LC50 value of carbon dioxide. Results showed that insect mortality was increased by decreasing the concentration of nitrogen or by increasing that of carbon dioxide. According to the results of this study, the cost of using phostoxin tablets was much higher than that of carbon dioxide. Linear programming can be introduced as a useful method for optimizing control managing of this pest. Also, by considering the low cost control and high insecticidal effect of carbon dioxide and evaluating other aspects, this fumigant can be introduced as a suitable alternative to phostoxin.
