Resistance of 21 canola genotypes to cabbage aphid was studied in a completely randomized block design in the field and greenhouse during 2006-2008. In each year, two separate experiments, each with three replications, were performed under natural infestation and no-infestation conditions in the field. Infestation index and functional reduction of grain yield were evaluated in the field experiment to compare the tolerance of the genotypes. In order to evaluate greenhouse tolerance, the genotypes were planted in pots at two sets of completely randomized design. One set of plants of each genotype was infested with insects while another set were kept insect-free to be used as control for the same genotype. Reduction of stem length and damage indices were recorded. To evaluate antibiosis effect of genotypes, intrinsic rate of increase of cabbage aphids were estimated on each genotype in a completely randomized design with 10 replications. Results showed that infestation index rate was different among genotypes, years and sampling times. The genotype ‘Opera’ had the lowest infestation index (4.23). Combined analysis of variance for traits of grain yield loss and its components indicated significant differences among genotypes. Damage indices and stem length reduction of genotypes were significantly different in the greenhouse. Intrinsic rate of increase (rm) also was significantly different among the genotypes in the greenhouse. ‘Okapi’ with rm= 0.21 female/female/day had the lowest intrinsic rate of increase. In conclusion, ‘Okapi’ and ‘Opera’ genotypes should the highest plant resistance index, 23.58 and 19.78, respectively.}, keywords = {Antibiosis,Cabbage aphid,Canola,Infestation index}, title_fa = {اجزای مقاومت ژنوتیپ‌های کلزا، Brassica napus L. به شته مومی کلم، Brevicoryne brassicae (L.)}, abstract_fa = {     شته مومی کلم  یکی از آفات مهم کلزا است. به‌منظور ارزیابی مقاومت 21 ژنوتیپ کلزا در برابر شته مومی کلم طی سال‌های 87-1385، آزمایشی در شرایط مزرعهای‌ و گلخانهای‌ انجام گرفت. در هر سال دو آزمایش جداگانه و هر کدام در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط آلودگی طبیعی و عدمآلودگی در مزرعه اجرا گردید. شاخص آلودگی و شاخص کاهش تابعی عملکرد در مزرعه محاسبه شد. به‌منظور مقایسه میزان تحمل گلخانه‌ای، ژنوتیپ‌ها در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در دو آزمایش مجزای آلوده و عدمآلوده، هر کدام با سه تکرار در گلدان کاشته شدند و شاخص‌های کاهش تابعی طول ساقه و خسارت وارد‌شده به گیاهان اندازهگیری گردیدند. در آزمایش آنتی‌بیوز، نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت شته مومی کلم روی ژنوتیپ‌ها در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 10 تکرار در شرایط گلخانه‌ای محاسبه شدند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب کرت‌های خردشده در زمان نشان داد که شاخص آلودگی در بین ژنوتیپها، سال‌های اجرای آزمایش و زمانهای نمونهبرداری اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. ژنوتیپ Opera با 23/4 کم‌ترین شاخص آلودگی را داشت. تجزیه مرکب شاخص کاهش عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن اختلاف معنی‌داری را بین ژنوتیپ‌ها نشان داد. شاخص‌‌های خسارت و کاهش طول ساقه ژنوتیپ‌ها اختلاف معنیداری در آزمایش تحمل گلخانه داشتند. در بین ‌ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت شته در آزمایش گلخانه‌ای آنتی‌بیوز، تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. ژنوتیپOkapi  با 21/0rm= (ماده/ماده/روز) کم‌ترین مقدار نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت را داشت. در نهایت، ژنوتیپ‌های Okapi و Opera به ترتیب با 58/23 و 78/19 بیش‌ترین مقادیر شاخص مقاومت گیاهی را نسبت به شته مومی کلم نشان دادند.}, keywords_fa = {آنتی‌بیوز,تحمل,شاخص آلودگی,شته مومی کلم,کلزا}, url = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_587.html}, eprint = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_587_7ea4dbeb027e98454f3eb6d053854428.pdf} }
