The experiments were carried out in a Randomized Complete Blocks Design (RCB) with eight treatments and four replications during two years in Karaj. Experimental plots inoculated with causal organism at the beginning of flowering stage. Spraying of plots was started by early symptoms seen and continued with 5, 7 and 10 days intervals. Disease Severity Index (DSI) assigned by Foliage Protection Percentage (FPP) with causal agent by using Horsfall and Barratt method, before each spraying, and the later assessing was done 14 days after last spraying. Yield of each plot was measured, and numbers of fruits for each plant were counted. Analysis of variance of two years data, were done at Randomized Complete Blocks Design (RCB) by SAS software, and means were compared with Duncan multiple range test. Area under the Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC) was calculated using five separate disease assessments data, and effects of treatments on disease progress were also studied. The results revealed that there were significant differences between treatments in DSI in all assessments, AUDPC and yield but there was no significant difference between treatments in number of fruits. Also the results for 5th assessment and AUDPC in both study years showed that Daconil SC 725 (3 L/ha) and Equation Pro (450 g/ha) with lowest mean based on DSI were the best treatments to control of Tomato Early blight disease. Daconil SC 725 (3 L/ha) and Equation Pro (450 g/ha) were decreased DSI by 80.26 and 80.6 percent in compare to control, respectively. In terms of mean fruit weight, Equation Pro (450 g/ha) and Daconil SC 725 (3 L/ha) were increased yield 65.03 and 64.17 percent in compare to control, respectively, and were the best treatments.}, keywords = {Alternariasolani,Daconil,Equation pro}, title_fa = {اثر کلروتالونیل و فاموکسادون + سیموکسانیل در کنترل بیماری لکه‌موجی گوجه‌فرنگی در شرایط مزرعه}, abstract_fa = {اثر قارچکشهای کلروتالونیل (داکونیل 720 SC) و فاموکسادون + سیموکسانیل (اکویشنپرو WG 5/52 درصد) در کنترل بیماری لکهموجی گوجهفرنگی در شرایط مزرعه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. آزمایشات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با هشت تیمار و چهار تکرار طی سالهای 90-1389 در کرج اجراشدند. کرتهای آزمایشیدر شروع مرحله گلدهی با عامل بیماری تلقیح شدند. سمپاشی کرتهای آزمایشی با مشاهده اولین علائم بیماری شروع و با فواصل زمانی 5، 7 و 10 روز از هم ادامه یافت. ارزیابی شاخص شدت بیماری (DSI) با استفاده از روش اصلاح شده هورسفال و بارات قبل از هر سمپاشی و نیز 14 روز پس از آخرین سمپاشی انجام گرفت.وزن میوه هر کرت توزین و تعداد میوه در بوته شمارش گردید. تجزیه واریانس مرکب دادهها در دو سال پس از تبدیل به جذر، با نرم افزار SAS انجام و میانگینها بهروش آزمون چند دامنهای دانکن مقایسه شدند. مساحت زیر منحنی پیشرفت بیماری (AUDPC) محاسبه گردید.نتایج نشان داد که بین تیمارها از نظر مساحت زیر منحنی پیشرفت بیماری و عملکرد میوه اختلاف معنیداری در سطوح یک و پنج درصد وجود داشت ولی در میانگین تعداد میوه اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارها وجود نداشت. مقایسه میانگینهای ارزیابی نوبت پنجم و مساحت زیر منحنی پیشرفت بیماری به طریق آزمون چند دامنهای دانکن نشان داد که داکونیل با مقدار مصرف سه لیتر در هکتار،و اکویشنپرو با مقدار مصرف450 گرم در هکتار با کمترین میانگین بیماری برترین تیمارهای آزمایش بودند. این تیمارها به ترتیب 26/80 و 6/80 درصد نسبت به شاهد بدون سمپاشی بیماری را کاهش دادند. در بررسی میانگین وزن میوه، داکونیل SC سه لیتر و اکویشنپرو 450 گرم در هکتار بهترتیب با کاهش خسارت به میزان 17/64 و 03/65 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد بیشترین تاثیر را اعمال نمودند.}, keywords_fa = {آلترناریا,اکویشن‌پرو,داکونیل}, url = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1786.html}, eprint = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1786_29dba49327f6afc4a11157785691383f.pdf} }
