Interaction between different tactics and possible antagonism between them then will become important. A common integration is integration of egg parasitoid, Trichogramma spp. and larvicidal microbial agent, Bacillus thuringiensis against some field crop moth-pests, particularly in bollworm-cotton system. Although sequence of application allows avoiding direct antagonism, but indirect effects on the next generation of the parasitoid via treating the target pest’s larvae is not impossible. Some direct effect via overlapping of different stages of the pest is also possible. Therefore, studying possible maternal effects on parasitoids of the next generation that are developing on B.t.-treated host larvae is required. In this study, response of T. brassicae, was studied on two kinds of hosts; first bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera eggs laid by those females that treated by LC20 of B. thuringiensis in third instar. The second one control (untreated) individuals. Life history parameters were compared between the two groups by two-sided t-test. No significant difference was observed between the two groups. It means that B.t. had no undesirable effect on T. brassicae. The mean value of R0, rm and T were 41.22 ± 3.85 female/female/generation, 0.3545 ± 0.009 /d and 10.49 ± 0.19 d as average of the two treatments. Thus, B. t. is safe for integration with Trichogramma application programs.    }, keywords = {Keywords:Integrated pest management,Entomopathogen,Egg parasitoid,fecundity-life table}, title_fa = {تاثیر باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis بر فراسنجه‌های زیستی زنبور Trichogramma brassicae}, abstract_fa = {چکیده امروزه تلفیق شیوههای مختلف کنترل آفت یکی از اصول مدیریت آفت میباشد. آنچه در این تلفیقها اهمیت مییابد، اثرات متقابل این اقدامات و احتمال ناسازگاری بین آنها است. یکی از تلفیقهایی که امروزه مورد توجه است، کنترل تلفیقی کرم قوزه  پنبه و انواع دیگری از بالپولکداران آفت زراعی با استفاده متوالی از زنبورهای پارازیتویید تخم Trichogramma spp. با باکتری(B. t.)  Bacillus thuringiensis علیه لاروهای همان آفت است. اگرچه این دو در توالی قرار میگیرند و میتوان با زمانبندی مناسب اثرات سوء را به حداقل رساند، اما بهدلیل چند نسلی بودن اغلب آفات هدف از جمله کرم قوزه، احتمال تداخل نسلها و همزمانی مراحل لارو و تخم منتفی نیست. مضافاً حشرات کامل زنده مانده از تیمار لاروهای آفت میتوانند توان زیستی پارازیتویید نسل بعد را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. لذا اثرات احتمالی تیمار لارو آفت با B.t. روی پارازیتوییدهای نسل بعد نیاز به بررسی دارد. در این بررسی، فراسنجه‌های زیستی زنبورهای T. brassicae حاصل از تخم‌های کرم قوزه پنبه که در نسل قبل در سن سوم با غلظت LC20 باکتری B. t. تیمار شده بودند در قالب جدول زندگی– زادآوری در کنار شاهد تیمار نشده ارزیابی شد. بررسی فراسنجههای رشد جمعیت پایدار  T. brassicae نشان داد که هیچکدام از فراسنجههای زیستی زنبور مذکور تحت تاثیر تیمار باکتری واقع نشد و اختلاف معنیداری بین شاهد و تیمار باکتری مشاهده نگردید. میانگین نرخ تولیدمثل خالص (R0) برای دو تیمار، 85/3 ± 22/41، ماده/ ماده/ نسل، نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (rm)، 009/0 ± 3545/0 بر روز و متوسط زمان یک نسل (T)، 19/0 ± 49/10 روز بهدست آمد. بدین ترتیب تیمار باکتری ظرفیت تولیدمثل، نشوونما و زندهمانی این پارازیتویید را تغییر نداده است.  }, keywords_fa = {کلمات کلیدی: کنترل تلفیقی,بیمارگر حشرات,پارازیتویید تخم,جدول زندگی- زادآوری}, url = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_11692.html}, eprint = {https://arpp.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_11692_51461528009c24cc6a1145c69fe702d3.pdf} }
